Mortgage Housing!

Today we learned about buying a house. We learn that the longer you have your Mortgage the smaller your monthy payments are. But that also means that you will have to pay more interest.

Here is an example we did, we bought a house in Minitonas, MB for 68, 800 and we put a down payment of 15 000 over a 10 yr time period.

What We Learnt Today.

Hi, I am Kenzie Irene, and today in Mr. Maksymchuk's class, we learned about how to use Microsoft Excel, to make our spreadsheets for math.

After getting to know the instructions, he did an example of something we are learning, that is called BUDGET.

But because of technicial problems, the rest of the information will be uploaded later, and hopefully posted soon.

Justin Moshenko is our next subscriber, and will be uploading more various pictures, and instructions on what we learnt.

Budgeting Continued

Hi there kids, Mr. Moshenko here and today im going to tell what we learned in class. Today in class we continued with our practice on budgets with Microsoft Excel. We learned more formula's like =sum(b5:b45) which is the sum of all the numbers in B column. Then Mr. Maksymchuk showed us an easier way to get the sum of the other columns without having to type in another formula, which was clicking on the formula =(b5:b45) then going to the bottom right hand corner of the the box and then drag it to the right.

After we did some more examples on stuff we spend our money on and other ways we get income to our household, Mr. Maksymchuk then gave us some other budget work on monthly expenses and annual expenses which we have to put into a budget and figure out what the answers are for each question.

Tomorrows scriber is going to be lakota.
